We are a small luxury hotel (11 bedrooms plus 2 self catering cottages). We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef for our small team creating very high standard cuisine for the hotel including breakfast, lunch, afternoon teas and dinner in our 30 cover restaurant. Reporting to the Head Chef you will have experience of fine dining and preferably to 3 rosette level. You will be in charge of the kitchen and all the food for the hotel in the absence of the Head Chef. We are located on the west coast of Scotland so you will need to be comfortable in a remote location and appreciate stunning scenery. Competitive salary commensurate with experience and accommodation could be available.
