To work as a supportive member of the Weathervane Restaurant team whose aim is to serve guests, in all ways, to the highest possible standard at all times. While helping to improve and maintain standards of service.
The main responsibilities of the role will be:
Ensuring all guests coming into the restaurant receive a friendly, warm and professional welcome.
To confidently run a section in the restaurant or bar.
Presenting food and wine to guests.
To co-ordinate with the Kitchen and other departments in a professional manor.
To ensure we provide continuity of service to all guests throughout the duration of their visit, including delivery of meals and drinks.
To ensure the restaurant is cleared down at the end of service in preparation for the next shift.
To ensure that special requests (diets, etc.) are handled.
Creating a personal service for all guests.
