The job role:
Lead the F&B team, with a hands on approach through all areas that food & beverage is served across the hotel.
Complete Duty Manager shifts.
Orchestrate monthly stocktakes of beverage & equipment stock.
Weekly rosters & revenue analysis.
Report directly to Hotel Operations Manager.
Deliver training & coaching to the team.
Recruitment of new team members & management of annual holiday planning for the team.
Monitor hygiene / Health & Safety of department
Autonomy to adapt Food & Beverage offering working with a passionate senior team.
Develop rapport with other HOD’s.
