Rockliffe Hall is an AA-rated 5 red star resort in the north of England and is set within 375 acres outside the village of Hurworth, near Darlington in County Durham. We aim to provide an outstanding personalised service to each guest who stays, spas, golfs and dines and with us, acknowledging special occasions and making them memorable for all guests. We are currently seeking a Supervisor to join our brand-new restaurant Nu Sana!
The main responsibilities of the Nu Sana Restaurant Supervisor role will be (but not limited to):
Ensure that our guests receive first class service and an exceptional overall dining experience.
Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations.
Drive team performance through clear concise direction on shift, delegating tasks efficiently when and where applicable.
Handover the shift to a colleague or a manager reporting main happening of the day. Information has to be reported in written and with a clear understanding of what has happened.
Ensures yourself and your team understand and work on all opportunities to maximise revenue and employing up selling techniques in the department
Allocate duties to F&B Team Members for room set–up, service delivery and monitor standards at all times.
To ensure that special requests (diets, etc.) are tactfully and skillfully handled.
