Bar Supervisor Full Time

Interested in being a Bar Supervisor, working at a 5 AA star Relais & Châteaux hotel and creating drinks?

Situated in Windermere in the beautiful Lake District, at Gilpin, we’re looking for a Bar Supervisor to become part of our exceptional team.

With a high knowledge of systems, procedures and products offered within the company, you’ll also be responsible for creating and developing SOP’s relating to the bar and lounge at Gilpin.

Supporting the Bar Manager and supervising the bar staff, you’ll be an organised individual, monitoring work processes, and supporting the training and development of the team. You’ll be key in ensuring a high quality service is provided to our guests.

You’ll also be responsible for:

Continuous improvement of the drinks menu
Management of bar delivery orders
Controlling and monitoring wastage
Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to legal regulations
Implementing and following systems, policies, and procedures that adhere to the culture of Gilpin
Making sure service in the bar is effective and efficient, keeping aligned to the company standards.

Starting rates £10.25 p/hour – £12 p/hour
