Maintenance Supervisor Full Time

We are looking for a Hotel Maintenance Supervisor to carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks required to keep the Gilpin Hotel operating as smoothly as possible.

You’ll ensure compliance is achieved for all statutory requirements and pre-planned maintenance is carried out according to the Hotel’s Facilities requirements.

Some of the core activities are:

To ensure the hotel’s facilities are in daily working order.
To react to guest facing maintenance requirements in a polite, timely manner.
To support the maintenance requirements of all the departments across the hotel and work with heads of departments to help them with their systems of procedure.
To support the implementation of refurbishments and building work when required,
To ensure all HSE requirements and auditing regs are met.
To work alongside the Maintenance Supervisor (electrical lead) to ensure all mechanical/plumbing breakdowns are dealt with effectively and efficiently. Ensuring all PPM is carried out on all plumbing systems. To contribute to M+E install on Capital Projects.
You’ll be working either 08:00 – 17:00, or 10:00 – 19:00 (varied) and must be willing to work on busy weekend days.

Hourly rate of pay starting at £11 p/hour
