Waiting Staff (Mon – Fri) Full Time

Situated just outside of Bowness on Windermere, we’re looking for a Commis Waiter to join our great team and become part of a family owned, five AA star Relais & Châteaux hotel.

Mon – Fri 5pm – 11pm

Based in the HRiSHi Restaurant, you will work within the Michelin starred restaurant where Desai’s imaginative dishes that combine great Lake District produce and classic methods are produced.

You will have the opportunity to assist Chef de Rang with restaurant service and become knowledgeable on the menu items, restaurant information and hotel as a whole.

Other responsibilities include:

Opportunity to learn to run the still room sufficiently
Prepare all the ingredients and equipment ready for cooking.
Collecting food orders from the kitchen
Preparation and serving of Hot drinks
