12 month placement, with a rotation every four months, working towards holding a supervisory role in each department (depending on skill levels exhibited).
F&B service: The Samphire, The Terrace, The Deck – serving breakfast, full afternoon tea and dinner, along with cocktails
Housekeeping & Maintenance: working within either the hotel or cottages team, plus the maintenance team.
Kitchen: working in at least two kitchens, in a variety of services including pastry.
Reception/FOH:joining the Reception/Porters/Concierge team (depending on level of experience)
Accommodation available with local landlord, within walking distance of the hotel
45 hours per week, five days out of seven including weekends and bank holidays
Overtime hours paid at month end
Share of service charge paid monthly (circa £2k per annum)
Complimentary use of leisure facilities including six pools, and gym
