* Manage breakfast to ensure that the guests’ expectations are exceeded on quality, presentation, taste and delivery.
* To manage and prepare team meals so that they are varied, healthy and meet dietary requirements.
* Assist with the implementation of self and Team Cook Safe.
* Assist with the health & safety of the Kitchen and the safe production of food.
* Assist with the control of food to reduce wastage in line with agreed GP targets.
* Inform senior team of low stock to maintain adequate levels.
* Assist with the cleaning of the kitchen and storage areas.
