KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Receptionist
Deal with all guest enquiries, reservations and requests and correspondence.
Ensure that all guests, team and visitors receive an outstanding first impression of the company.
Ensure that all guests, receive an efficient check-in and check-out to and from the resort.
Ensure appropriate departments are informed to meet the guests’ requests.
Assist with daily general administration, typing and office work.
Assist with co-ordinating Synexsis and Hart to ensure that it is always up to date and correct.
Ensure that rates and tariff sheets are relevant and key personnel are aware of rates and offers.
Assist with the planning and organisation of small events and functions as required.
Assist the 1887 team with guests’ requests, service of tea/coffee/afternoon tea.
