With a range of dining options including our Michelin two-starred restaurant ‘The Dining Room’ and Grey’s Brasserie, Whatley’s answer to casual dining. We also have great conference facilities, Aquarias our luxury spa and gym and our very own 40 seat cinema!
We are AA 5 red star Inspectors Choice Hotel with 4 AA rosettes and are a proud member of the Pride of Britain collection.
Since opening in 2003 we have won many awards for the spa and dining. We have retained our 5 bubble rating in the Good Spa Guide. Our Executive Chef Niall Keating achieved his second star in 2019 and is Great British Menu Winner 2020. Our General Manager Sue Williams held ‘Hotelier of the year’ 2017/18 and is a passionate advocate of Sustainable Hospitality, a recent achievement being a GREEN Michelin star for The Dining Room.

Key Responsibilities: As Chef de Rang you will primarily work in our 2 Michelin star Dining Room, leading a section within the restaurant, coaching and developing our Commis team, taking ownership of our guests’ individual needs and of course providing the highest level of hospitality and service.
