The Accommodation department will be looking for an Accommodation Assistant to provide quality service to our guests and ensure the cleanliness of all rooms and areas in a timely manner, in line with Red Carnation Hotels standards. Opportunities for this role will be available starting in early February 2025.
Key responsibilities of the Accommodation Assistant will include:
• Providing each guest with the highest levels of Housekeeping service in accordance with 5 star expectations and Red Carnation Hotels/Leading Hotels Standards
• To provide a full service to vacated bedrooms and replenish stayover bedrooms
• To provide guests, at all times, with the highest levels of guest care and personal attention, where possible anticipating the guests needs
The ideal candidate for the Accommodation Assistant position should:
• Have a friendly and outgoing personality
• Be enthusiastic and flexible (may need to work 3 days to 4 days over 7 day period, inclusive of some weekends)
• Have strong communication skills
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail
• Be legally eligible to work in Ireland
• Have the ability to handle busy situations and manage your workload effectively
