Our beautiful property is currently looking for an enthusiastic full time Junior Sommelier to join an established Team at Ireland First Forbes Five Star Resort.
Your main responsibilities as a Junior Sommelier will include providing our guests with wine and beverage recommendations and offering tours of our beautiful 800 year old wine cellar. The position will include stocktaking and preparation duties ahead of dinner service daily.

What are we looking for in a Junior Sommelier?
Experience in a similar role is desirable
WSET qualification or similar is an advantage
A keen interest in wine and a passion for promoting and encouraging wine sales.
Be an excellent team player and enthusiastic in delivering excellent customer service
Be flexible to work shift patterns, including mornings, late afternoons and weekends
