Job Introduction

In a Nutshell

At Exclusive Collection we are looking for a future hoteliers, looking to progress within Hospitality on an exciting journey in our Food and Beverage Academy. Throughout the academy you will grow your knowledge and skills through a mixture of workshops & e-learning and the opportunity to visit suppliers, taste amazing produce and meet new people. This programme takes approximately one year to complete alongside your role in Food and Beverage.

Related industry experience (can include work placement)
Proficiency in English language both spoken and written
Own transportation to work (preferred)
