Guest Experience & Reservations – Internship

We have open vacancies in our Internship Program as part of Guest Experience & Reservations department.

Your main tasks would be:

• Greet guests and welcome them to the hotel.
• Anticipating customer needs or requests.
• Answer guests’ questions about the hotel and its services and provide information about local attractions and transportation options.
• Provide directions and escort guests to their rooms, if needed.
• Assist the Agents on departure calls and adding the information in the System.
• Helping in organizing Vip Amenities.

What we need from you:

• To be currently enrolled in a MBO Hotel/Tourism or related Education.
• NIE and visa permit to study/work in Spain.
• To be enthusiastic, hospitable, team-builder, stress-resistant and representative.
• To have passion for the industry.
• Do not have to be a specialist already, but eager to learn.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Availability 5 days per week during at least 18 weeks.
• Advanced English and Spanish.
