Key Responsibilities:
1. Exceptional Service:
Provide an outstanding dining experience by preparing items to a consistent high standard for our guests.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods, to ensure safe and accurate food preparation.
2. Team Collaboration:
Work together as part of the team to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Work closely with kitchen and food & beverage staff to ensure seamless coordination of food and beverage service.
Assist in maintaining a positive, cohesive work environment.
3. Creativity and Ambition:
Embrace our commitment to creativity by contributing innovative ideas for menu enhancements, seasonal specials, and presentation.

Person Specification:
Essential:
Experience on different sections within main kitchen
NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent
Good spoken and written English communication skills
Passion and enthusiasm for food and the industry
Previous supervisory experience
A flexible and willing attitude
Good team player
Good communication skills
Desirable:
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Artistic abilities
Train the Trainer certificate
