Key Responsibilities:
1. Exceptional Service:
Coordinate the daily administrative operations of the hotel, including inventory management and supplier liaison.
Work closely with our Maintenance team to manage planned visits for key contractors and suppliers to repair and improve our services.
Handle team inquiries, special requests and concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring their satisfaction.
2. Team Collaboration:
Act as a pivotal point of contact to coordinate communications between the Front Of House, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams.
Collaborate with management teams to implement new process improvements for increasing efficiency.
Ensure our teams are compliant with health & safety regulations and maintain up-to-date training records.
3. Creativity and Ambition:

Essential:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Clear conversational English language
Able to manage and multitask a dynamic and varied workload
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Previous experience working in a hotel
