Our Front of House team provide the very best service to our guests whilst always exceeding expectations of every person visiting The Grove. Our Guest Services Managers are on hand 24 hours a day to make residents and visitors feel right at home and looked after from the minute they are greeted at the door.
We are looking for an experienced and forward thinking Guest Services Manager who is passionate about building relationships and going the extra mile for anyone who comes to the hotel.
Our ideal candidate will have experience of working to 5* standards and dealing with customer in a fast paced hospitality role.
Please be aware that this is a permanent, full-time role. It involves shift work on a rota basis. Typical shifts would be early (7am – 3:30pm), middle shifts, or late shifts (2:30pm – 11pm) and a night shift (11pm – 7:30am) on a rotation basis.
